The typical rental time is 2 to 4 hours.
Most events have a cutoff time of 11 p.m. In some cases, such as after proms and school functions, this cutoff time can be extended. Please contact us for more information.
Mother Nature is beyond our control, but don't worry, we've got you covered (truly)! It is NOT required that you rent the optional 20ft x 30ft tent at the time of your outdoor event rental. However, because our equipment cannot be operated in the rain and riding in the rain is dangerous, you will have the option to rent tent (if avaliable) up to one day before your event. Please keep in mind that if your event is taking place outside, we strongly advise you to rent the tent anyway because it provides an excellent layer of shade during the summer months!
Zodiac Insurance has fully insured us, please let us know if you would like a copy. Furthermore, all of our operators are highly trained to deal with any situation and to operate the bulls based on the rider's knowledge and comfort. We also bring liability waivers, which every rider is required to sign. Our highest priority is safety!
There are no age restrictions! We can control the bull based on the rider's skill and age. Very young and small children, on the other hand, must be accompanied by an adult. Our bulls can accommodate any rider weighing less than 350 pounds.
Our bulls are dual voltage and can be plugged into both a 110-volt and a 220-volt outlet. If we are using 110 volts, we will need a 20 amp dedicated outlet. If we are not within 100 feet of a power source, we can provide a generator.
A 20' x 20' flat area will suffice for the inflatable mat, blower, and control stand. If your event is indoors, we require a minimum ceiling height of 12'.
